Cookies. The boring kind.
This site is nosy about dog poo, not about you. Here's the full list of what we use — it's short.
The one cookie we'd like to use
Meta Pixel (from Meta, the Facebook and Instagram people). Most of our new customers find us through Facebook, and the pixel tells us which of our ads actually work so we don't waste money on the ones that don't. It sets cookies in your browser and shares your visit with Meta — full details in Meta's privacy policy.
It only runs if you say yes. If you ignore or decline the banner, no pixel, no cookies, no Meta — and the site works exactly the same either way.
What we remember either way
Your yes-or-no choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (a little note only this site can read — it isn't a tracking cookie and never leaves your device). That's how we avoid nagging you with the banner on every page.
Change your mind
Current setting: checking…
Turning it off stops the pixel loading on future pages. To also clear cookies Meta set while it was on, clear this site's cookies in your browser settings.
