Fair questions. Straight answers.
Everything people ask before they try us, answered properly — no waffle, no small print, and absolutely no judgement.
The service.
Do I need to be home when you visit?
No. As long as we can get to the garden — side gate, keysafe, whatever works for you — we'll crack on while you get on with your day. Every visit ends with a photo of your closed gate sent straight to you, so you always know we've been and everything's shut behind us.
Can my dog be in the garden while you work?
Usually, yes. We meet you and the dog before your first visit — no hard sell, just garden, hello, price to your face — so by the time the weekly visits start we're a familiar face and everyone stays relaxed. Most dogs decide we're the best thing to happen all week.
What does a visit actually look like?
The whole garden — corners, borders, behind the shed. Every last one. Every soiled spot gets a spray of pet-safe sanitiser, the waste leaves with us, and we finish the same way every single time: gate shut, photo sent, dog safe.
Do you really come rain or shine?
Yes. Same day, every week, is the whole point — a service you can forget about because it just happens. British weather doesn't get a vote.
What if my garden hasn't been cleared in… a while?
No judgement — genuinely. Long-overdue gardens are our speciality, and however it got like this, we've seen worse. Promise. And if you claim one of our Founding 20 spots, your first visit is free — whatever state the garden is in.
The waste.
What happens to the waste?
It's double-bagged and off in the van, so your bin stays fresh. We dispose of it responsibly — from the moment we pick it up, it's our problem, not yours.
Can you use my wheelie bin instead?
Happily. We'll double-bag everything into your own bin and take £1 off every visit.
Does the sanitiser harm grass or paws?
No. It's pet-safe and garden-safe. It's the bleach-and-hope approach that causes trouble — bleach makes the smell worse. Our sanitiser actually gets rid of it.
Every answer approved by Sir Reginald.
Our Head of Quality Control: monocle, safari hat, impeccably high standards. He makes rare appearances only — but every visit is done to his standard. Corners, borders, behind the shed. Every last one.
Standards, you see.
Money & small print.
How much is it?
One dog is £20 per weekly visit, two dogs £25, three dogs £30. More dogs than that? Ask us. Same prices for everyone — see the full breakdown on our Services & Pricing page.
How do I pay?
You're billed monthly in advance, so there's nothing to remember week to week.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term, no exit fee. Cancel whenever. We'd rather earn your loyalty than write it into a contract.
Will my price go up?
If you're one of the Founding 20, your price is held for a full twelve months. And our pricing is always public — prices on the card, same for everyone.
What's the Founding 20?
Our first 20 customers. They get their first visit free — whatever state the garden is in — and their price held for a full twelve months. There are only 20 spots, and once they're gone, they're gone.
Visits & practicalities.
What if I'm on holiday, or a visit can't happen?
Tell us and we'll sort it. A quick message is all it takes — we'll always be straight with you about what happens next, and we'll never leave you guessing.
When will you come?
We agree a set day when we meet you and the dog, and after that it's the same day every week, rain or shine. You'll always know when to expect us.
Do you do one-off clears?
Yes — no jobbie too big, no jobbie too small. Whether it's a one-off catch-up or a garden that's properly got away from someone, just ask us and we'll sort a price to your face.
Do you cover my area?
Our first patch is Southport & West Lancashire: PR8, PR9, L37, L39 and L40. Check your postcode on our Areas We Cover page — and if we're not with you yet, join the waitlist and you'll be first to know when we are.
